The process involved in the search and placement of candidates for permanent positions is extremely thorough. We go into infinite detail when obtaining a comprehensive job specification from our client to ensure that any advertising and interviewing carried out yields the most suitable prospective employees. We do not believe in wasting our client's time by sending batches of CVs or candidates who are not suitably qualified. The Group's networking system, plays a very important function as it enables the sourcing of applicants from an already existing database. This networking system is particularly useful when dealing with urgent placements.
Screening /reference checking procedures
Reference checks and thorough evaluation is never compromised in the recruitment and selection process. Trained consultants screen applicants both telephonically and during face to face interviews. All applicants are reference checked with the previous two positions being verified in-depth. Where necessary, degree verification as well as criminal and credit checks are carried out. Detailed personality and aptitude assessment can be carried out by a registered psychometrist, if so required by the client. We also offer a range of functionally specialized assessments which can be carried out on candidates, at negotiable rates, such as the job compatibility report, management audit, training needs analysis, customer service audit and strengths and limitations summary.
Temporary staff provision and Contracting / Consulting
We are able to provide its clients with complete solutions in respect of temporary staff provision. The emphasis of the total solution we provide not only lies with the temporary staff provided but with the management system that accommodates each assignment. Whether a client requires contingency staff (temps) or "full-time" temporary/contract staff, we are geared to be able to respond quickly and efficiently. We have a wide selection of highly skilled and committed temporary staff ready for assignment. Further sourcing, selection, screening and referencing to ensure that only the best temporary assignees are placed within a client's organization is again a business process which is never compromised. The benefit of utilizing temporary staff is that you are able to draw assignees as and when you need them. Our clients do not have to bear the financial burden of carrying in their employ, extra staff when not required. In addition to the above, we will handle all administrative functions including the required statutory registrations and payments for the temporary staff.
